- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Japanese clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Support and mentor team members to achieve their sales goals.
