Functieomschrijving
SENIOR SCRUM MASTER - Masterize the subject - Brussels
This is not a classic Scrum Master position focused solely on ceremonies and Agile rituals.
You will take a senior, hands-on role within a large Agile environment, with responsibility for improving processes, challenging existing ways of working and bringing real added value through your expertise.
Being Senior means going beyond what is asked of you: taking ownership, identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and actively contributing to better ways of working.
A key part of the role will also be budget follow-up and financial tracking, a responsibility that typically sits with a Project Manager.
You will work closely with Squad Leads and stakeholders to improve team effectiveness and delivery performance.

- Drive Agile practices while challenging and continuously improving processes, ways of working and team effectiveness.
- Take ownership of budget follow-up and financial tracking, alongside the usual Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Coach and support teams and stakeholders, going beyond facilitation to bring your own expertise and proactively improve delivery.

Senior Scrum Master - your profile:
You are/have…
- Strong Senior Scrum Master experience, with a proven ability to go beyond ceremonies and proactively improve processes.
- A solid understanding of IT development lifecycles, including design, development and testing.
- A genuine Senior mindset: you take ownership, challenge the status quo and bring added value through your expertise.
- A hands-on, communicative and flexible personality, with a strong team spirit and a constructive approach to compromise.
- Fluent English.
