Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the global change management strategy and roadmap for the transformation and cybersecurity programs.
- Conduct impact assessments to map organizational, business, and technical changes across the department.
- Develop comprehensive communication plans and campaigns to foster a proactive security culture.
- Establish and support a network of change ambassadors and security champions to promote new ways of working.
- Coach project managers, product owners, and critical teams on adoption strategies and resistance management.
- Monitor and report on adoption progress using ADKAR indicators and established KPIs.
Profiel
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management utilizing the ADKAR methodology.
- 5+ years of experience leading organizational transformations within an IS environment.
- 3+ years of experience with Information Security Management and awareness of NIS2 or CyFun frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience working within large-scale organizations or the public sector.
- 3+ years of experience with IT Service Management processes and ITIL standards.
- You bring strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- You possess a proactive approach to identifying, understanding, and managing resistance in complex environments.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch with professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience implementing Security by Design principles within project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with the CyFun Essential framework.
