Functieomschrijving
As an Accountant at PRG, you'll play a vital role in our financial operations, supporting multiple entities, Belgium, Netherlands and France, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing accounts receivable (AR) & payable (AP)
- Handling intercompany invoicing for AR & AP
- Creating and maintaining customer and supplier records in the ERP system
- Following up on overdue payments of AR & AP
- Posting bank statements
- Assisting with internal reporting (e.g., cash flow, AR files) using Excel
- Providing general administrative and accounting support
Profiel
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of precision, adaptability, and strong communication. Ideally, you have:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accountancy (or equivalent)
- 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in an international environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- A client-focused mindset and team spirit
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft 365 (experience with Oracle is a plus)
