As a Head Technician, Senior Mechanic or Technical Coordinator, you combine hands-on technical expertise with the daily coordination of a small team. Your main focus is diagnosing and resolving technical issues on heavy equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Perform assembly, disassembly and modification work on machines.
- Carry out machine inspections and functional checks.
- Support machine testing, commissioning and validation activities.
- Prepare technical reports and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Coordinate daily work planning and priorities for two mechanics.
- Perform quality inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Profiel
For this position, you bring:
- Experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, automotive or industrial maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and technical fault finding.
- Experience coordinating or guiding technicians in daily work planning.
- Good command of English, as this is the working language.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Sufficient computer skills to work with digital reporting tools and systems.
