Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear technical documentation for external delivery partners.
- Perform requirements and impact analysis on existing processes, systems, and tools.
- Develop conceptual solution designs and evaluate innovative approaches for infrastructure projects.
- Define acceptance criteria and validate end-to-end solutions to ensure technical alignment.
- Provide strategic input for roadmaps and business cases to support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure high-quality implementation by supporting change management and maintaining documentation.
Profiel
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Consultant or Functional Analyst.
- Strong expertise in process modelling and process management.
- Proven experience with Netcracker products.
- Proficiency in SOAP and REST, including API documentation using Swagger.
- Experience working with both COTS and custom-built applications within OSS environments.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within complex team dynamics.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of GCP.
- Experience in OSS/BSS or network provisioning within the telecom industry.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Knowledge of Dutch.
