It's finding enough clients for the exceptional consultants already in the business.
That's where you come in.
Jobomschrijving
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing a portfolio of clients across Brussels and Belgium.
From first contact to long-term partnership, you'll own the entire sales cycle.
You will:
- Identify and approach new clients
- Build relationships with decision-makers and executives
- Understand business challenges and propose the right consulting solution
- Sell AI expertise
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals
- Work closely with recruiters to match the right consultants to client needs
- Follow consultants on-site and ensure long-term client satisfaction
- Continuously expand your network and market knowledge
Profiel
- You know how staffing and consulting work.
- You've already sold projects, consultants, services or expertise.
- You enjoy hunting for opportunities and building lasting commercial relationships.
- You probably have:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in consulting, staffing, recruitment or IT services
- Experience developing new accounts from scratch
- A strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- The ability to challenge, influence and convince stakeholders
- Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch
- A passion for business development and people
- Most importantly:
- You don't wait for leads.
- You create them.
