Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems through log analysis and system commands.
- Monitor system logs and manage incidents to ensure operational reliability.
- Coordinate incident responses and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Support network systems, system integration, and service desk tooling.
- Execute technical scripts and perform analyses to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation following ITIL guidelines.
Profiel
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or have equivalent professional experience.
- You have knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
- You bring basic experience with Linux systems and troubleshooting.
- You possess understanding of ITIL processes and service management.
- You have experience with networking, monitoring tools, and log data management.
- You're analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Experience with Dynatrace monitoring.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
