Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects involving regulators, distribution system operators, and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Act as the primary point of contact to safeguard organizational priorities within external vendor implementation roadmaps.
- Drive the delivery of common tooling roadmaps for transmission and distribution system operations.
- Facilitate executive-level alignment on strategic decisions concerning congestion management and system flexibility.
- Serve as the Product Owner for internal implementation tracks, managing dependencies and day-to-day delivery activities.
- Participate in business architecture discussions to ensure strategic principles are embedded in all proposed solutions.
- Support the establishment of new organizational entities by steering legal, regulatory, and financial workstreams.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- You bring deep expertise in the energy sector, specifically regarding TSO/DSO operations and market dynamics.
- You possess strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and utility industry standards.
- You have experience acting as a Product Owner or lead for internal implementation tracks.
- You're able to navigate legal, regulatory, and financial complexities within fast-changing environments.
- You possess exceptional strategic facilitation and executive stakeholder management skills.
- You are fluent in English and possess professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
