Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic BI and Data Analytics projects, including migrations and improvement tracks.
- Act as the bridge between business departments, IT teams, and external suppliers to ensure alignment with project scope and quality expectations.
- Oversee the development of reporting solutions with a specific focus on ESG/CSRD compliance and organizational KPI requirements.
- Drive project delivery using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban while maintaining focus on solution-delivery ownership.
- Lead collaboration with Data Governance, Architecture, and Engineering teams to build a consistent and future-proof data environment.
- Document essential project artifacts including charters, roadmaps, migration plans, and architecture guidelines.
Profiel
Requirements
- You have 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a hands-on approach to delivery.
- You possess 5+ years of experience in the delivery of Data & Analytics related projects.
- You bring proven expertise in BI tools including Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Azure.
- You have a strong background in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- You possess a degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- You're proactive with a solution-delivery mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English with a C1 level of French.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with ESG or CSRD reporting projects.
- Experience in creating migration plans and documenting architecture best practices.
- Proficiency in analysis techniques such as process analysis and use case development.
