Functieomschrijving
For our client, a leading recycling company in Sint-Katelijne-Waver, I am looking for an experienced wheel loader operator. You play a crucial role in keeping the material flow around our fixed crushing installation running smoothly. You actively work with the team and support daily operations wherever needed.
On an average day, you operate the wheel loader to move, sort, and stockpile rubble and recycled aggregates. You supply the crushing installation and assist with loading and unloading trucks. Operating a forklift is also part of your tasks, as well as carrying out daily inspections and basic maintenance of the machines. You promptly report technical issues and ensure the workplace remains safe and tidy, even in dusty conditions.

Profiel
- Valid wheel loader license (required by Belgian regulations)
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a wheel loader operator
- Willingness to operate a forklift (license is a plus)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Able to work independently and reliably
- Hands-on mentality and flexible
- Punctual, communicative, and in good physical condition
- Willing to work in a dusty, outdoor industrial environment

Aanbod
Vergoeding:min. 3120 - max. 3293 euro bruto per maand
- Salary between €18 and €19 per hour
- Meal vouchers of €2.09 per worked day
- Full-time, day shift schedule (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
- 12 extra ADV leave days per year
- Varied job with responsibilities (wheel loader, forklift, loading/unloading)

- A permanent contract may be offered after a successful interim period
