Functieomschrijving
Help build success in Tessenderlo as an experienced order picker at Kuehne+Nagel, working a two-shift schedule (early/late). As an experienced order picker working shifts, you will ensure that every package in the exclusive toy department is assembled and shipped exactly according to the guidelines.

Profiel
- You have at least 6 months of demonstrable experience as an order picker.
- You have a good command of spoken and written Dutch or English (necessary for safety instructions on the work floor).
- You are physically strong, active, and flexible regarding overtime or weekend work.
- You are able to commute independently to the site in Tessenderlo (not accessible by public transport).
- You are willing to work a two-shift schedule (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) on a long-term basis.
Your responsibilities as an order picker:
- Picking orders using a handheld scanner or voice-picking system.
- Carefully checking product codes and quantities.
- Packing and preparing orders for safe shipment.
- Assisting with inventory management and immediately reporting any discrepancies.
- Safely operating internal transport equipment (such as an electric pallet truck) and keeping the work area tidy.

Aanbod
- You enjoy a gross hourly wage of €15.64.
- You receive an extra 7.5% on all hours worked in the two-shift system (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- You get meal vouchers worth €8 per day, increasing to €10 after 110 days.
- Weekend and overtime hours are converted into compensatory time off, allowing you to take extra time off when it suits you.
- You will start in a long-term position with a genuine chance of a permanent contract.
