- Experience as an order picker or warehouse employee is an asset, but not a requirement: your motivation is what counts!
- You are in good physical shape and enjoy hands-on, active work.
- You speak and understand Dutch or English fluently to ensure safe communication on the work floor.
- You have your own transport to reach the site in Tessenderlo independently.
- You can work in a 2-shift system (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) or the permanent night shift (22:00-06:00).
- You collect and scan goods efficiently using a modern handheld scanner.
- You check shipments for accuracy and prepare pallets for dispatch.
- You move goods safely through the warehouse using an electric pallet truck.
- You help optimize the daily inventory flow together with your colleagues.

Aanbod
- You start at an indexed basic wage of €15.64 gross per hour.
- You increase this wage with an attractive allowance for early/late shifts (7.5%) or night shifts (12.5%).
- You receive meal vouchers of €8 per day worked as well as prompt weekly payment.
- You build up time off in lieu (TOIL) through worked overtime.
