Are you looking for job security as an order picker in Tessenderlo, working either a two-shift system (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) or the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), with a starting wage of €15.64? This international logistics distribution center offers a full-time position with an attractive salary and meal vouchers. As an order picker, you will optimize the daily flow of goods and accurately pack orders for shipment. You will join a close-knit team and help maintain a high-quality supply chain.

Profiel
- Previous experience as an order picker is a plus but not a requirement.
- You are physically capable of lifting weights of up to 25 kilograms.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch or English to follow instructions.
- You can get to work independently for every shift, as public transport is not an option.
- You prepare orders and pack them carefully in accordance with quality standards.
- You record inventory changes in the system and report discrepancies to the team leader.
- You assist fellow warehouse staff during peak periods to meet tight departure times.
- You maintain an orderly and safe workspace during and after your work activities.

Aanbod
- You will earn a gross hourly wage of €15.64, plus a shift allowance of 7.5% for two-shift schedules or 12.5% ¿¿for night shifts.
- You will receive meal vouchers starting at €8, with the value increasing based on your length of service.
- With strong performance and positive evaluations, you have the opportunity to secure a long-term permanent contract.
