The hiring company is a multinational organization with a long-standing presence in the global market.
Jobomschrijving
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliable infrastructure and support services.
- Manage and maintain server environments, network infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and security solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users and business-critical systems.
- Support enterprise applications, user access management, and system integrations.
- Implement and monitor backup, recovery, and cybersecurity processes.
- Maintain IT asset inventories, software licensing records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and support activities.
- Support internal audits, compliance requirements, and IT governance initiatives.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and operational efficiency.

Profiel
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, or IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration.
- Experience supporting network environments including LAN, WAN, VPN, and security technologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Good understanding of IT service management, security, and compliance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in Thai and English.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
