Key Responsibilities
- Participate in purchasing and commercial projects with a focus on value creation and business performance.
- Coordinate and facilitate discussions between various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Support negotiations, prepare relevant documentation and follow up on agreed actions.
- Analyse data and market insights to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for management and project teams.
- Contribute to innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all parties involved.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of strategic business initiatives.
Profiel
Successful Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, FMCG, retail, category management, account management, commercial, or project management roles.
- Strong business acumen with an interest in purchasing, negotiations, and strategic stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Pragmatic, proactive, relationship-oriented, and comfortable operating in an international environment.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as Dutch or German are a plus.
