Functieomschrijving
Responsibilities
- Analyze and model end-user requirements and business processes for complex identification systems.
- Gather, document, and prioritize functional requirements from various stakeholders.
- Draft detailed functional specifications and conduct impact analysis on existing systems.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure development aligns with functional needs.
- Define and coordinate functional and non-functional testing phases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for functional aspects within the assigned domain.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for system users.
Profiel
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in functional analysis and process description using UML and BPMN.
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
- You possess experience with project tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- You have experience with database exploration and querying using SQL Server or MySQL.
- You bring proficiency in modeling tools like Visio, Draw.io, or Enterprise Architect.
- You possess strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, and advanced Excel.
- You have familiarity with API management and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- You're experienced in test management and the use of automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
- You are fluent in French and English with passive knowledge of Dutch.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in prototyping and creating visual mockups for proposed solutions.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration tools like Git and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with IT security standards such as ISO or laboratory compliance frameworks.
