Production | Quality Control | Team Leadership | Operations | Rework | 5S | 3-Shift System
As a Production & Quality Shift Leader, you coordinate the overall operational activities during your shift. You supervise Team Leaders, allocate available resources across different activities and monitor daily targets related to safety, quality, delivery and efficiency.
About the Company
You will join an international industrial environment where quality, safety and operational efficiency are key. As a Shift Leader, you take ownership of the daily activities during your shift and ensure that production and quality objectives are achieved.
Your New Role
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily operational activities during the shift
- Supervising, supporting and coaching Team Leaders
- Allocating employees and resources according to operational priorities
- Monitoring productivity, rework levels and quality performance
- Ensuring compliance with work instructions, quality controls and procedures
- Conducting shift briefings and ensuring a clear handover between shifts
- Monitoring operational and quality reporting
- Coordinating inspection, sorting and rework activities
- Ensuring compliance with safety, 5S and quality standards
- Identifying and escalating operational, quality or personnel-related issues
Profiel
Your Profile
- Experience leading teams within a production, manufacturing or industrial environment
- Good understanding of quality processes, inspection and rework
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and operational challenges
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on mindset and comfortable working closely with the shop floor
- Strong focus on safety, quality and operational efficiency
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Willing to work in a 3-shift rotation
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
