Functieomschrijving
Are you looking for a temporary job as a packer and do you enjoy working with precision? We are looking for a motivated packer to join the team at an international company based in Willebroek until the end of December 2026.
As a packer, you’ll be responsible for unpacking, labelling and repackaging cassettes and housings. You’ll apply the correct labels to the product and the outer box and ensure that everything is repackaged correctly and carefully.
You will mainly carry out manual and repetitive packing tasks at a workstation. To add variety, you will occasionally swap tasks with your colleagues. You will work in a small team of fewer than ten people, where teamwork and precision are key.
You will start with day shifts from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, and in time this may change to shifts from 6.00 am to 2.00 pm and 12.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
Profiel
What do we expect from our packers?
- You have a good command of English, both spoken and written;
- You are fully available until the end of December 2026, with no planned holidays;
- You are flexible regarding working hours and are happy to carry out manual and repetitive packing work;
- Experience as a packer or packaging assistant is an advantage;
- You work accurately and are a good team player.

Aanbod
What we offer our packers:
- A temporary, full-time role as a packer until the end of December 2026;
- Initially day shifts, with the possibility of moving to different working hours;
- A gross hourly wage of €16.50 with meal vouchers worth €10 per day actually worked;
- All employees are employed under white-collar status.
