Jobomschrijving
As an Odoo Business Analyst, you will support clients throughout their digital transformation journey, helping them leverage Odoo to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements across multiple departments.
- Facilitating workshops with key stakeholders and end users.
- Translating business needs into functional Odoo solutions.
- Supporting ERP implementation projects from analysis to go-live.
- Working closely with consultants, developers, and project managers.
- Defining and executing testing scenarios to ensure successful delivery.
- Driving user adoption and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Profiel
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP or experience with other ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, or CRM.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
- Solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities.
