Jobomschrijving
As a Business Analyst Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will support clients in analyzing, optimizing, and transforming their business processes through innovative ERP and CRM solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Leading workshops and translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Supporting the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Acting as the liaison between business teams, consultants, and technical experts.
- Coordinating testing activities and ensuring successful user adoption.
- Contributing to complex, large-scale digital transformation programmes.
Profiel
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, or related modules).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
