Robert Half is currently recruiting a Business Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) (M/V/X) - Region Antwerp.
Our client is an international organization undergoing a major ERP transformation across several European entities.
In this role, you will contribute to the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central, helping to deliver scalable, standardized, and future-oriented solutions across finance and supply chain operations.
The scope of responsibilities for this job as Business Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) (M/V/X) include:
- You analyze current business processes and translate business needs into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- You gather and document requirements across finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain activities.
- You perform fit-gap analyses and align business requirements with standard Business Central functionalities.
- You configure and validate Business Central solutions, including functional setup and master data support.
- You prepare functional documentation, process flows, user stories, and test scenarios.
- You lead user acceptance testing and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.
- You support data migration, go-live activities, and post-implementation follow-up.
- You act as the key point of contact between business users and technical teams.
- You contribute to ERP standardization and continuous process improvement across multiple international entities.
- You travel regularly to France to collaborate closely with local stakeholders.

Profiel
The requested qualifications for this job include:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant.
- You bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- You have solid experience across both finance and supply chain domains.
- You have strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, inventory management, warehouse management, and reporting processes.
- You are familiar with manufacturing, production, distribution, or other supply chain-driven environments.
- You are comfortable leading workshops, gathering requirements, and coordinating testing activities.
- You combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which is considered a strong asset.
- You have knowledge of APIs, OData, Power BI, or Power Platform, which is a plus.
- You hold a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification, or this is considered an advantage.
