Functieomschrijving
Our client is a leading international industrial technology group specializing in environmental solutions for highly regulated industries. To support the growth of its aftermarket activities, the company is looking for a Service Manager to lead service operations in Belgium, develop long-term customer relationships and drive recurring service revenue through maintenance, inspections and technical support.
Jobomschrijving
- Lead and coordinate daily service activities across Belgium
- Plan and optimize technician schedules and field interventions
- Manage external contractors and service partners
- Conduct technical inspections and customer visits
- Identify improvement opportunities and prepare service proposals
- Develop and expand maintenance and service contracts within existing accounts
- Ensure high service quality, safety and customer satisfaction
- Support the future growth of the service department and service offering
Profiel
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance, inspections, field service or technical service environments
- Strong electrical and automation understanding
- Comfortable working with digital technologies, sensors and connected equipment
- Experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors or service activities
- Fluent Dutch and French are essential
- Good professional English skills
- Hands-on leader with strong customer focus
- Team player able to work in a structured international environment
- Proactive, pragmatic and comfortable with change
