Functieomschrijving
Robert Half is currently looking for a Cost Accounting & Reporting Specialist (m/f/x) for a permanent position.
Our client is an international company located in Groot-Bijgaarden.
As a Cost Accounting, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analysing operational expenses and ensuring accurate cost tracking.
- Processing and reviewing invoices while maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Preparing financial reports and supporting internal and external audits.
- Contributing to process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Profiel
The required qualifications for this position of Cost Accounting & Reporting Specialist are:
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent through experience.
- You have at least 5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience within the Services or Retail sector is required.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French, German or other European languages is considered an asset.
- You have advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Experience in an international or shared service environment and knowledge of IFRS are considered strong assets.
