Functieomschrijving
Our client is an industrial company.
Jobomschrijving
- Assistance with year-end closing and reporting. Knowledge of both local GAAP and IFRS is required.
- Assistance with the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculation, with support from the Tax Manager.
- Handling audit requests for all companies within the audit scope (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg - 3 companies in total).
- Reviewing the statutory financial statements for all companies within scope.
- Quarterly Board of Directors reporting, including the preparation of local GAAP trial balances (7 entities).
Profiel
We are looking for a solid and experienced Financial Controller who has:
- Strong knowledge of taxation (Belgian corporate income tax and VAT).
- Good knowledge of local GAAP reporting requirements.
- IFRS knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in a multinational matrix organization.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is considered a plus).
- Strong general IT and financial software skills.
- Can work in Dutch and English.
