For an international, technology-driven company, we are looking for a Finance Analyst. In this role, you will combine financial analysis with in-depth cost analysis and project controlling.
You will monitor the financial performance of international projects, analyse costs and profitability, and translate financial data into actionable insights for project management and senior management.

Finance Analyst - Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis & project controlling: Analyse the financial performance of projects, monitor revenue, margins and profitability, and prepare forecasts and financial reports.
• Cost analysis & budget monitoring: Analyse project costs, resource allocation and budget variances. Investigate the drivers behind differences between budget, forecast and actual results, and recommend improvement actions.
• Forecasting & financial modelling: Prepare financial forecasts, estimate total project costs and expected results, and support complex financial analyses.
• Reporting & management information: Translate financial data into clear reports, variance analyses and presentations to support project managers and senior management in their decision-making.
• Risk & contract analysis: Identify financial risks and opportunities and assess the impact of contract changes on project costs, revenue and profitability.
• Financial project monitoring: Monitor budgets, funding and invoicing status, and collaborate with project management, finance, accounting and procurement to resolve financial matters.
• Financial accuracy & compliance: Ensure accurate financial processing and reporting in accordance with IFRS, internal controls and applicable company procedures.
