Onze klant is actief in de IT-sector en is gelegen in Diegem.

De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Business support (M/V/X) zijn:

  • beoordelen en verwerken van bestellingen, waarbij wordt voldaan aan de richtlijnen en regels die zijn vastgesteld;
  • bijhouden en rapporteren van de status van alle bestellingen aan de verkoopsteams, met tijdige updates;
  • ontvangen en controleren van klantbestellingen om nauwkeurigheid en volledigheid te garanderen;
  • invoeren van bestellingen in het systeem en het volgen van hun voortgang gedurende het uitvoeringsproces;
  • mogelijk vereist om facturen te genereren op basis van goedgekeurde bestellingen, waarbij de nauwkeurigheid van prijzen, kortingen en voorwaarden wordt gegarandeerd;
  • mogelijk vereist om factuurgegevens te verifiëren en eventuele discrepanties aan te pakken indien nodig;
  • zorgen dat klantbestellingen (en indien vereist facturen) overeenkomen met contractuele voorwaarden en prijsafspraken;
  • samenwerken met interdisciplinaire teams om eventuele bestelafwijkingen aan te pakken;
  • communiceren met klanten of relevante interne belanghebbenden over de status van de bestelling;
  • afhandelen van vragen van klanten en/of interne belanghebbenden en problemen tijdig oplossen;
  • bijhouden van nauwkeurige gegevens van klantbestellingen;
  • mogelijk samenwerken met interne belanghebbenden om klantprofielen en relevante informatie in het systeem bij te werken;
  • nauwkeurig invoeren van orderdetails in het systeem en relevante databases bijwerken;
  • zorgen dat alle benodigde informatie wordt vastgelegd voor nauwkeurige rapportage;
  • kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op bestellingen om fouten en discrepanties te voorkomen;
  • zorgen dat alle documenten en gegevens compleet en nauwkeurig zijn;
  • verspreiden van maandelijkse boekingsrapporten en status van bestellingen, inclusief een rapport van alle gevonden bestelproblemen om relevante belanghebbenden te informeren;
  • kan de Order Management Manager ondersteunen met aanvullende rapporten en opdrachten indien nodig.



Freelance Digital Business Analyst

Talen.Cia consulting is currently looking for a Digital Business Analyst for a renowned client based in Brussels.

Please note that this position has 60% of working on new functionalities and 40% of application support.

Tasks:

  • Compile business requirements, both functional and non-functional, for digital applications.
  • Determine and suggest ways to improve the business while using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Conduct a functional examination of these specifications across the various application components.
  • Analysis of gaps.
  • Write User Stories or requirements based on the analysis; these will serve as the foundation for further grooming and refinement sessions.
  • Support the creation and implementation of test cases.
  • Assure accurate and thorough request and analysis documentation.
  • Ensure that the decisions made have business support.
  • Communication with senior IT technical designers, product owners, project managers, and IT architects.
  • Ensure that the prerequisites (designs, acceptance criteria, etc.) are delivered on schedule in order to ensure a successful sprint delivery.
  • Question the time and financial estimates that the implementation partners have provided.
  • Attend to user requirements, action items, meeting minutes, and project deliverables.
  • Make sure that we work well together with our outside partners for digital application development.

     

Application Support (40%):

  • Guarantee and enhance the stability of the applications by spearheading and monitoring pertinent measures to achieve stability enhancements, such as consistent communication with technical teams (security, architecture, infrastructure, etc.), tracking issues, and conducting root cause analysis.
  • To serve as the primary point of contact for all ongoing requests for assistance and to coordinate with the relevant teams.Work closely in tandem
  • Business User/Owner Application Support: For assigned apps, provide the fundamental analysis necessary to enable second and third tier application support.
  • Support the resolution of functional and technical problems in accordance with a specified severity and prioritization strategy.
  • Keep an eye on the production data integration procedures to make sure the necessary availability.
  • Upkeep of the knowledge repository.
  • During implementations, some flexibility in working hours is necessary.
