The ICT department, operating from Belgium is a shared service center that provides IT services to internal and external customers across the EMEA region.

As part of the ICT department and in close cooperation with the Technical Application Management Team, the main responsibilities of this function are to provide accurate, timely and appropriate administrative and technical support in all subjects with ICT Infrastructure, compliancy & licensing:

- Manage the technical applications part of ICT applications at TEMEA

- Collaborate, coordinate & cooperate in the daily management on Microsoft Office 365 application suite

- Challenge and coordinate problem analysis and - resolution of the outsourced technical support groups related to Microsoft products

- Provide technical advice and guidance to the technical application management team to ensure smooth ICT operation and support based on ICT policies, procedures and guidelines

- Guarantee up-to-date documentation of related applications in scope

- Develop IT technical application knowledge: Ensure to be well informed about evolutions and developments related to the Microsoft suite

- Support Project management: participates in the design, development, implementation, installation and testing of Extranet/Intranet/Internet applications & technical applications to ensure obtaining cost effective and appropriate application systems with respect to all technical application management best practices

- License Management: List, report & optimize the software license stack which are mainly Microsoft & SAP, but also less used applications

- Act as a central point of contact between business representatives, end users in headquarter & branches and IT with regards to the delivered services

- Organize & lead regular operational meetings aka site reviews with (foreign located) business units & sales offices

- Training: work together with HR Learning & Development and Corporate Communication on End User training for the Microsoft enabling technology stack such as Office 365 and its components, Share.Point, TEAMS, Power Platform etc…

- Act as secondary point of contact on End user questions & incidents regarding the mentioned Microsoft enabling technology stack
