As a Transport Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the full operation of road, sea, and air shipments to our customers worldwide (across more than 110 countries).Your responsibilities will contribute to achieving operational objectives related to safety, quality, service, cost, and people

Tasks:

  • You support Transport Planners by maintaining Transport Management Systems & SAP transport-related master data, including routes, transport cost price tables, vendors, shopping carts, and purchase orders.
  • You verify transport invoices and monitor transport quality based on CRM customer complaints.
  • You handle spot price requests and provide creative solutions for unexpected challenges.
  • You manage transport-related complaints, liaising with transport companies and insurance providers.
  • You update and maintain tendered transport prices based on agreements with transport companies.
  • You collaborate with colleagues from the Customer Service Department and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order delivery and effective communication.
