Description
Due to a strong growth this small company, is looking for a HR generalist to work in close contact with the
managing director and external suppliers.
This is a generalist function is a combination of human ressources, accounting control and general problem solving.
Assist the managing director by
- Working with (not technical) suppliers like banks, lawyers, leasing companies, HR offices - select them and manage them
- Managing HR matters, create contract for new employees, do the sourcing and shortlist new candidates
- Picking up new administrative matters and fix them, for example due to law/tax system change
- Controlling payments: check invoice vs contracts with a critical mindset
- Solving acute not technical issues - fast turnaround is required Example: defect printer, order laptop
- Managing all the requests regarding the facility
- Create motivated proposal to be validated by the Managing director
