Protiviti is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead an exciting project with one of our international clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

Based in Antwerp, this role will oversee the implementation of a critical D365 system, ensuring the project meets all objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.The assignment will require frequent travel and offers an opportunity to work in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, detailing the scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
    • Establish and lead a cross-functional project team, assigning roles and responsibilities and ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers, IT teams, and end-users, ensuring the D365 system meets business requirements and objectives.
    • Provide regular status updates and engage stakeholders to maintain alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and maintain the project budget, tracking expenses and reporting on any variances.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and develop contingency plans to manage potential budget risks.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks to the project's success and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
    • Proactively assess, monitor, and respond to risks in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that risk management plans are in place.
  • Resource Management:
    • Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
    • Ensure the project team is appropriately staffed, trained, and motivated, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Quality Management:
    • Ensure all project tasks are completed to the highest quality standards, on time, and within scope.
    • Establish quality control processes and perform regular quality audits, making corrective actions when necessary.
  • Change Management:
    • Develop and implement a change management plan to support the system's rollout, including training and communication strategies for end-users.
    • Effectively manage changes to the project scope, timeline, or budget, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and the project remains aligned with organizational goals.
