Jobomschrijving
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer stage
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements
- Support employer branding initiatives, onboarding activities, and HR projects
Profiel
A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Initial experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources
- Fluent communication skills in English and French, good level of Dutch
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
