Your missions: Integrated Management System (IMS)/HSEQ Management System: You are responsible for implementing IMS in the subsidiaries in support to technical teams in the affiliates following MAESTRO company referential.You support affiliates in several missions: annual reviews of the affiliates' IMS, carry out internal audits of affiliates. You participate in the affiliates' accident investigations, analysis, REX and are responsible for the methodology used.You participate in carrying out the inventory of the compliance with HSE invariants of existing stations and the associated action plan, in coordination with the European Project Supervisor. Use, updating and creation of internal tools: You ensure the proper use and storage of documents as well as the deployment and proper use of HSE tools.Participation in station creation and renovation projects: You drive the HSEQ qualification of service providers and the performance of audits of contractors when necessary, in your area. You provide HSE expertise in the station projects of your area and support during high risk operations.HSE training and support: You identify and follow the HSE training needs of the affiliates and propose the implementation of training in your area.You identify the risks linked to the distribution of new energies for mobility (EV, hydrogen, …). Communication and Support: You assist affiliates in the organization of World Safety Day (WSD), HSE conventions/events with service providers.Sustainability and Environment: You support affiliates in the implementation of Corporate Sustainability actions (stakeholder mapping, energy efficiency, biodiversity). Product quality : You ensure product quality processes are implemented and provide support if needed.The job owner will also participate in the Europe Technical Department steering committee and the HSE Europe steering committee. Ultimately improving efficiency and service offering.An ambitious goal that we’re building and realising: further digitalising SNCB – NMBS, offering innovative solutions and enabling flexible services with a key focus on the end user. The Business Area Rail Information Mobile delivers projects for and in close collaboration with the SNCB NMBS Directorate Passenger Transport & Security and the Directorate Transport Operations and is part of the SPS department, which stands for Sales, Passengers and Security Management.The Business Area Rail Information Mobile is the IT partner of these directorates and manages & develops solutions in regard to:Information for travellers via the route planner, information boards, mobile apps and Public Address systems in the railway stations.Mobile apps & tools for the train conductors allowing them to perform checks, sell tickets and report any issues.Mobile apps & tools for train drivers and security personnel.When it comes to the development/integration, we rely on off and onshore teams where the developments/ integrations are being realized in a release train where and when relevant.Solutions can be built inhouse and/or purchased through a 3rd party.As Business Area Lead your main tasks are managing the team responsible for the Application Portfolio, you drive the delivery of the IT solutions and you define the business processes within your business area.Delivery:You ensure E2E IT ownership for projects within the business area portfolio through engagement with Project Managers as to the creation, planning, tracking and execution of overall project plan.You work closely together with Business Leads, Project Managers, Product Owners and/or other business partners, ensuring alignment between IT strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, the Digital Roadmap & Business Strategy.Provide support in working out business cases, together with the Portfolio Manager & the business.You contribute to the set up of the project steerco with clear roles & responsibilities, both on business & IT side as to have a clear reporting channel to all stakeholdersCollaboration & Co creation:You work closely with the key business customers, stakeholders, external partners and all groups within the organisation in order to function as a trusted advisor to challenge and formulate the IT needs and create value.You interact effectively with the Project Managers, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Architecture, Solution Design, Services Delivery and Support teams to ensure we build the quality products to support our business goals and customer
