Our client is a Belgian company headquartered in Mechelen with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
Function
The HR Business Partner defines the procedures & policies concerning HR, trains personnel and makes audits after implementation.You support & advise the management in their task of developing or maintaining an HR service: you proactively advise on technical, organizational and development issues such as social legislation, recruitment issues, talent and performance approaches, culture and leadership development, complex change issues, team-based working, etc.
Tasks:
- Point of contact for questions regarding Human Resources for Local management and regional Directors;
- Procedures: creation & review, update in database
- Implementation and monitoring of procedures by mean of follow-up & audit;
- Report risks and problems in terms of HR;
- Report HR KPI's;
- Provide an onboarding plan for new members to introduce them in the way of working;
- Provide a formalized training catalogue for Site Directors on social legislation & HR procedures;
- Follow-up on more difficult individual files;
- Recruitment help or union participation on demand of the Directors;
- Stay informed on HR market-related evolutions so that procedures and toolkits continue to evolve;
- Represent the company in networks related to HR.
