Diriger, encadrer et motiver l'équipe du Drive-In Organiser toutes les activités opérationnelles du Drive-In (gestion des stocks, réception des marchandises, gestion de la caisse) Analyser les chiffres de vente et les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et apporter les ajustements nécessaires Collaborer avec les services achats, logistique et marketing pour mettre en place des promotions et des actions commerciales Veiller à ce que l'environnement soit sûr, propre et motivant, car la sécurité au travail est une priorité pour vous et votre équipe Assurer une planification optimale du personnel et la formation des employés.(Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le directeur général du magasin). Faire preuve d'implication et ne pas hésiter à mettre la main à la pâte au Drive-In lorsque l'activité est intense.

Our client is rebuilding its B2B digital infrastructure from the ground up. This project will replace our legacy webstore with a modern Adobe Commerce platform, supported by a custom middleware layer and deep integrations with Sage ERP, Akeneo PIM, Salesforce CRM, and our warehouse management systems - across 8 European markets. Jobomschrijving- Author Product Descriptions and functional specifications for all programme deliverables, ensuring each sprintoutput is documented, validated, and traceable to business requirements.- Lead business process analysis across the full Order-to-Cash cycle: ordering, pricing, credit management,catalogue, returns, invoicing, and discount management - for all 8 EU markets.- Identify and document gaps between current ERP workflows and the target platform; collaborate with the ERPteam to define and agree system configuration requirements.- Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for each sprint; act as the primary UAT sign-off authority incollaboration with the Delivery Manager/Product Owner.- Facilitate focused, decision-oriented workshops with business stakeholders across commercial, logistics, finance,and customer service functions.- Design and communicate business change requirements to operational teams in Belgium, Germany, France, Spain,Italy, Poland, and Hungary ahead of each market go-live.- Validate platform configuration against documented business requirements and maintain an up-to-date processchange log throughout the programme.- Support the Delivery Manager/Product Owner with backlog refinement, ensuring user stories accurately reflect process requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.

Our client manages one of the most extensive B2B product catalogues in the European workwear and casualwear market - thousands of active SKUs across 8 markets, each requiring localised descriptions, validated imagery, category structures, and pricing attributes. This project will bring this catalogue to life on a new Adobe Commerce platform, with Akeneo, integrated through a modern middleware architecture. - Own the product data library for the project storefronts: define and enforce asset standards, metadata schemas, naming conventions, and completeness criteria across all 8 markets.- Conduct a full audit of existing product data and digital assets against storefront requirements; produce a marketby-market completeness gap analysis as a foundational deliverable.- Lead the Akeneo PIM architecture definition for the programme: attribute sets, category structures, localisation configuration, and the integration feed to the middleware and Adobe Commerce storefronts.- Define and manage the PIM-to-storefront data feed in close collaboration with the technology integrator; validate feed accuracy, data transformation rules, and localisation completeness per market.- Coordinate digital asset readiness with brand suppliers and internal Marketing ahead of each country go-live - ensuring imagery, technical sheets, and localised content meet storefront requirements.- Govern localisation of product descriptions, category structures, and attribute sets across Belgian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Hungarian storefronts.- Validate catalogue data against ERP master data to ensure pricing and SKU alignment across all markets; flag and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Business Process Lead.- Establish and maintain a data governance framework - standards, processes, and ownership model - for ongoing catalogue management post go-live.
