The Customer Service Coordinator is the key person of contact of our Customers (B2B).He receptions orders, forecasts and provides required feedback to our customers to respect customer 1st approach.

Description
* Gathering customers' forecasts and orders and ERP- integration
* Verify data accuracy and challenge customer.
* Order confirmation to customer
* Continuous contact with customer to manage expectations (anticipation of missing stock, followup of complaints, management of punctual requests, offer solutions in case of unplanned needs, seasonal demand collection according to seasonal calendar)
* Hold Monthly meeting with customer: forecast accuracy performance, service level, demand accuracy/control, area of improvements, future market perspectives, capacity constraints.
* Follow stock availability (link with production planning) and stock allocation (linked with logistics partners) for optimal service level
* Gather root cause for missed order lines.
* Issue Packing lists/Invoices to customers
* Propose/Support system and process improvements
He/she will also, depending on the needs within the department, be able to:
* Support data analysis and KPI follow-up
* Back-up logistics coordinator: container planning, 3PL operations, stock accuracy at 3PL
