Jouw takenpakket:

- Je onderhoudt de bestaande klantenrelaties en bouwt aan nieuwe zakenrelaties.

- Je bewerkt de top 20 architecten, bouwheren en aannemers in de regio met op een maat opgesteld accountplan en verzorgt de lange termijn relatie.

- Daarnaast bezoek je ook schildersbedrijven ter ondersteuning van je projecten en je ondersteunt de netwerken tevens door het organiseren van evenementen.

- Je promoot de productlijnen bij een portfolio van klanten bestaande uit architecten, project ontwikkelaars algemene aannemers en publieke organisaties.

- Je analyseert de behoeften van jouw klanten, adviseert hen, stelt oplossingen op maat voor (kleur- technische fiches, milieuaspecten en projectspecificaties) en ondersteunt hen bij de uitvoering van kleine tot grote projecten en werven.

- Elke situatie is steeds anders en je identificeert nieuwe opportuniteiten om jouw productgamma zo veel mogelijk naar voren te brengen.

- Je neemt deel aan de maandelijkse salesmeetings te Vilvoorde.

  • Develops optimal product assortment based on market trends and gaps in the portfolio.
  • Supports portfolio management process by identifying Product Lines and SKUs to deprioritize/exit based on performance, margin, and as new innovation comes to market.

  • Contributes to the overall development of category strategy through targeted POS analysis and consumer research.
  • Upholds all brand standards and executes all brand communications within guidelines set by visual brand language, brand positioning and a brand's communication strategy
  • Evaluates and creates communication materials in alignment with the brand identity and makes recommendations
  • Estimates funding needed and provides input for annual brand plan and A&P budget
  • Understands the performance trends for the brand, the category, the competition and the customer.
