Wat worden je verantwoordelijkheden?

Als HUCA (Human Capital) Business Partner ben je enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor operationele ondersteuning en begeleiding van de teams waarvoor je instaat, en anderzijds voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van strategische projecten aan de HUCA-gerelateerde strategie.

  • Je bouwt sterke relaties op met teams en management om hen Human Capital-advies en ondersteuning te bieden die in lijn is met hun strategie en bedrijfsdoelstellingen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volgen van processen en de ontwikkeling van het Human Capital management binnen de teams die onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid vallen (Performance Management, Learning & Development, Workforce Planning, enz.).Hiervoor breng je jouw expertise en kritische blik in om de samenhang en toegevoegde waarde van de HUCA-strategie voor het management en hun teams te waarborgen
  • Je adviseert en coacht het management bij het ontwikkelen van sterke en evenwichtige teams door deel te nemen aan het wervingsproces van nieuwe medewerkers, hen te ondersteunen bij trainings-/begeleidingsbehoeften, het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden (technisch/soft) van medewerkers, interne mobiliteit van talenten, enz
  • Je positioneert jezelf als een "change agent" door ambassadeur te zijn van zowel de IRIS- als de HUCA-strategie.Hierbij bied je sterke ondersteuning aan teamleiders om hun managementvaardigheden te ontwikkelen
  • Samen met collega's van het HUCA-team neem je actief deel aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van de HUCA-strategie door krachtige oplossingen te creëren in het kader van de "Collaborator Life-Cycle", welzijn op het werk, leiderschap en continue verbetering
  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt vertrouwensrelaties met sociale partners
  • In het kader van jouw functie bezoek je lokale kantoren/werven om een nauwe relatie te onderhouden met de teams waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent

Supply Chain Manager

  • Risk Management: Identify supplier risks and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies with the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) team.
  • Process Documentation: Ensure process documentation meets all legal requirements and internal procedures.
  • ERP Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the ERP system; lead ERP implementation if necessary.
  • Production Balance: Optimize the balance between production lines, available capacity, and customer requests.
  • Logistics Management: Manage logistics needs of internal customers and optimize call-off strategies from suppliers in line with the production value stream.

AEP Product Line Manager EMEA

As Product Line Manager you will enable profitable growth and share of the AEP products in the EMEA region in cooperation with commercial and operational teams.The position holder leads the portfolio management including the positioning and development of AEP products.In coordination with the AEP global strategy, you will lead the AEP product line, with a specific focus on development of the business strategy and key objectives (big moves) to improve margins, portfolio, global capacity balance etc

 

This includes critical initiatives to accelerate performance and increase market share including the support of related R&D and Capex projects.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

·         Strategy: devise regional Product Line Strategy & 5 year plan in alignment with the global PL strategy: sales development & growth plans, P&L/CM2, key Capex & technology projects, current and future technology developments, raw material strategy, M&A plans.

·         Growth: Lead specific growth initiatives related to AEP with the commercial teams.

·         Profitability: improve regional product line results (COI/CM2) and conversion cost.

·         Portfolio: lead product portfolio management and positioning within product line: establish value propositions, set price and margin management guidelines.

·         Portfolio, Growth, Innovation: manage lifecycle of products as well as lead and drive new product introductions (translate from customer needs to R&D to marketing / sales and manufacturing in the regions).

·         Big Moves and Innovation: lead key technology, efficiency improvement programs in the region

·         Profitability and Big Moves: lead and coordinate regional capacity utilization and capacity extension plans across regions as well as optimization efforts.

·         Lead key product line initiatives: big technology & Capex moves, cost & efficiency programs, innovation, global harmonization, recycling & sustainability initiatives.

·         Lead strategic raw material relationships for respective business line with goal to grow and develop business (establish and lead market and business development plans with strategic raw material suppliers).
