Omschrijving
As the Payroll & HR Admin Officer (m/f/x), your role will be to:
- Preparing the payroll for the company in collaboration with an external partner (social secretariat)
- Supporting the HR team with administration (soft & hard HR)
- Prepare on-/off-boarding
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Be the contact persons for employees on payroll questions
- Participating in HR projects
- Administration support to HR team
- Follow-up on employees' trainings
